All guyNgalDesigns pieces are handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Because of the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue cash refunds.

However, we want you to love your purchase! If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us within that window and include a photo of the issue.

Please note:

• Items must be unused and in original condition to be eligible for exchange
• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Custom or personalized orders are final sale
